Damaged or Lost Shipments
We pack every order securely to prevent transit damage. However, if your package arrives damaged or shows signs of severe mishandling, please retain all packaging materials, take clear photos of the damage, and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
